All our product prices and shipping fees are charged in Japanese yen

Product

The listed prices on our website do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs vary based on the weight of the items, destination country, and specific delivery area.

To prevent seam splits, vinyl will be removed from the jacket for all 10-inch and LP records before shipping.

 

Shipping

We use EMS Service by Japan Post as default shipping method.

You can choose any other delivery method if EMS is not available in your country.

Goods would be delivered in 4 working days once payment is confirmed.

In case of damage or loss, the actual damage cost will be compensated under the Insurance Program provided by EMS.

 

No Refunds / Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.

In the event of damage or loss, compensation will be provided under the Insurance Program offered by EMS. Please retain the original box and shipping label in case of any issues. Kindly contact your local post office and initiate an investigation promptly if damage occurs.
